So, even elements like voice recording, real-time monitoring tools, scripting package, full level support, etc. are included as standard. Therefore ‘no’, you do not buy parts; you purchase the whole solution. However, for a variety of reasons you may decide not use certain elements, e.g. scripting; perhaps because you have your own package. Well, that’s fine; Ultra will interface with your package easily enough, but if you should want to use the Ultra scripting package later on it is there ready to use. So ‘yes’, you choose which parts to use.
Is it expensive?

You do not need to be an expert! Full training is provided and the Ultra system is intuitive and easy to use. You also have access to Ultra’s support team to assist you when needed. The support team works pro-actively on your behalf with advice on campaign management and monitoring your team’s performance.
You will however have to be the expert in coping with all the additional business that will come your way once you use Ultra!
